1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the China Wonder Cars website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
China Wonder Cars provides private car with driver services, airport transfers, city-to-city transportation, and charter services across China and select Asian cities. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking and Payment
To book a service, you must provide accurate and complete information. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due before or upon service commencement unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
4. Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days before service: Full refund of deposit.
3-7 days before service: 50% refund of deposit.
Less than 3 days before service: No refund.
No-show: Full charge applies.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
5. Changes to Bookings
Changes to your booking (date, time, vehicle type, itinerary) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We will notify you of any price adjustments before confirming changes.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to: provide accurate information; be ready at the agreed pickup time; respect the driver and vehicle; not engage in illegal activities; not exceed the vehicle's passenger capacity; and pay any additional charges incurred (tolls, parking, extra hours).
7. Service Limitations
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher value if the booked vehicle is unavailable. Our drivers are not licensed tour guides unless specifically arranged.
8. Liability
China Wonder Cars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings and travel insurance.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of China Wonder Cars and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, or if necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
